Something not ringing, or a calendar missing? Most answers are below. Otherwise email iezuri22@gmail.com and we'll reply within two business days.
My work Outlook says "Need admin approval"
Your company only allows apps its IT team has approved. Send your IT team this link; an administrator opens it, signs in and approves Ringleader once for everyone: oncue-api.iezuri22.workers.dev/admin-consent. Ringleader only asks for read-only access to each person's own calendar.
While you wait, you can add your calendar with a calendar link (next question).
How do I add my calendar with a link (ICS)?
Outlook / Microsoft 365: on a computer, open Outlook on the web, go to Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars, choose your calendar under Publish a calendar with "Can view all details", click Publish and copy the ICS link.
Google Calendar: on a computer, open Google Calendar → Settings → click your calendar → Integrate calendar → copy "Secret address in iCal format".
Then on your iPhone, open Ringleader → Settings → Calendars → Add a calendar link, paste it and tap Add to iPhone. Calendars added this way refresh on Apple's schedule; set Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Fetch New Data to every 15 minutes. If Publish a calendar is missing, your company has turned it off.
An alarm didn't ring
- Check Settings → Apps → Ringleader → Alarms is on.
- Open Ringleader and make sure the meeting shows a bell. "Declined", "All-day" or "Calendar off" means your settings skip it; tap the meeting to add a reminder anyway.
- Alarms are set up to 2 days ahead. If you force-quit Ringleader, new Outlook or Google meetings get a notification asking you to open the app instead of an alarm.
A connected account says "Sign in again"
Microsoft or Google ended Ringleader's access (a password change, or your IT team). Open Ringleader → Settings → Calendars, tap the account and choose Sign in again.
How do I delete my data?
In Ringleader, go to Settings → Delete my data. That disconnects every account and deletes everything our server holds for your phone. Deleting the app alone doesn't reach our server, so do this first. See the privacy policy for details.
